CITICOM DEVELOPMENT

Citicom Development has been actively involved in real estate development for the past fifteen years. The principal partners of the business have twenty-three years experience in the real estate industry starting in 1984 as commercial real estate brokers. Previous to 1984, one of the partners was a retailer for thirteen years, giving him a unique perspective and understanding of what “works” for retailers/tenants.

Citicom has successfully completed the development/repositioning of retail, office, and mini-storage properties throughout Southern California. We currently have approximately twenty-five diverse projects in various stages of development. We retain and manage many of the properties that we develop.

Allan Steward, Sr. has been a licensed Real Estate Broker (#00792030) in California since 1994 as well as a licensed General Contractor (#347523) since 1977.

We take great pride in all of our projects. Our objective is to develop and construct the finest properties in the area.
