Frank Gonzales Community Center, Colton. $4.5 million design built for the City of Colton.

Freeway Home Center. 177,000 SF retail center purchased from the RTC. Additional $300,000 spent for rehabilitation.

Burger King. Constructed or ground leased 18 locations. Sold the units to investors.

Jack-In-The-Box. Ground leased 8 locations from San Diego to the Inland Empire.

MacDonalds. Ground leased and sold 4 locations.

Marshalls Center, San Bernardino. Purchased as a REO. Sold off one parcel. Completed leasing and re-leasing. Sold property in September 2002.

Zendejas Restaurants. Designed, built and leased back 2 locations to this local Mexican food chain.

Forest Ridge Self Storage. Built 636 units in Lake Forest. Completed in September 2002.

Taco Bell. 2,800 SF at Cedar and Valley in Bloomington.

Auto Zone. 5,000 SF at Outer Highway 18 and Rancherias, Apple Valley.

Banner Mattress. Built free standing building in Apple Valley.

Banner Mattress. Built free standing building at Redlands Blvd. and Iowa in Redlands.

Office Building. Built 27,750 SF two story building at Hunts Lane, San Bernardino.

Conversion/Remodel. Converted and remodeled a 47,000 SF AMC Theater into an office building on Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino.

Del Taco. Built two free standing buildings. One in Santa Fe Springs and one in Beaumont.
